About Paving Design & Landscaping

Paving Design & Landscaping was started in Munich, Germany in 1972 by George Torok, a man with a vision to bring European elegance to the paving industry in America. He began his quest in Dallas, TX in 1983. Due to a higher demand for service, he moved his headquarters to Houston in the summer of 1990. Since then, Paving Design & Landscaping has worked with many high-end home builders as well as many of the 'better known' general contractors in Houston.

Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation of delivering punctual quality work, to both commercial and residential clients. Mr. Torok's 'eye for design' has branded him an "architect with interlocking pavers". Although he is more of an "artist with stone", he has a keen sense of style and vision, no matter what the medium might be. He is able to put his finger on something beautiful after a few minutes with the customer at the site. His level of workmanship as well as his commitment to his art is apparent with each project, as he has himself said "I leave my signature on every job".
